Municipal Court

The City of Arvada continues to monitor very closely the national response to the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and will be following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control Prevention (CDC), as well as State and local guidance.

As of March 1, 2021, The Arvada Municipal Court is open to the public and will hear cases in person. If your court date is on or after March 1, please appear in person at your scheduled date and time.  Social distancing guidelines will be observed and a mask will be required upon entry of the building. Please arrive on time, however, you may be asked to wait outside the Court entrance until it is safe for you to enter.

Public Access to Remote Hearings

Remote Hearings are viewable by the public, as well.  Please contact the Court at 720-898-7150 during business hours, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday except Holidays, to receive information on how to observe remote hearings.

Submitting Court Ordered Documentation:

If you have been ordered to complete Community Service, a class, treatment, therapy, etc., please send your documents via email to arvadamunicipal@arvada.org or by mail: Arvada Municipal Court, 8101 Ralston Road, Arvada, CO 80002.

About Arvada Municipal Court

The Arvada Municipal Court handles traffic infractions and criminal citations, as well as municipal code violations and parking citations that are issued in the City of Arvada.

Remember that even if a citation is written within the City of Arvada, it may be handled by Jefferson County Courts or Adams County Courts

The Arvada Municipal Court can provide record checks for citations that have been written in the City.
