In accordance with physical distancing guidelines, Arvada Design Review Committee meetings will be held remotely using webinar technology. Members of the public are able to listen to the meeting a phone number will be provided when you email email@example.com. All meetings will be recorded and posted the following day.
The Design Review Advisory Committee (DRC) reviews requests for land use activities within the Olde Town Zoning District for compliance with the Design Guidelines for Olde Town Arvada (Design Guidelines). The Committee provides input for the content of the Design Guidelines as needed. The Committee membership consists of representatives of the residents and businesses in Olde Town, as well as the Arvada Historical Society and Olde Town Arvada Business Improvement District, and includes three members at large. Members with expertise in history, architecture, landscape architecture, architectural history, prehistoric or historic archeology and a special interest in Olde Town Arvada are desired. The Design Review Advisory Committee normally meets the third Thursday of each month. The meetings are held at 9:00 a.m., in Arvada City Hall. This is a volunteer appointment. Terms are for three years.

The Design Review Committee meetings once a month on the 3rd Thursday when scheduled by the Community & Economic Development Director.
The January 21, 2021 meeting has been continued and will be presented to the committee on January 27, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. This meeting will be held virtually.
